The rules of the service and how we handle your data.

1. The service

CAASIMADA POWER rents portable power banks from its stations in Mogadishu. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing & payment

Current pricing: $0.75 per hour, never more than $2.00 per day. Payment is made with EVC Plus before a station unlocks. The price is always shown on the rental page before you pay.

3. Returns

Return the power bank to any CAASIMADA POWER station. Your rental ends when the station confirms the return.

4. Loss & damage

A power bank not returned within 3 days is treated as lost and a fee of $15.00 applies. Please handle units with care.

5. Refunds

If a station fails to unlock or the power bank is not taken, your payment is refunded automatically. For any other issue, contact support.

6. Privacy

We store your phone number and rental history to provide the service. We never receive your EVC Plus PIN. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties, except the payment provider.
