Do I need to download an app?
No. Just scan the QR code with your phone camera — everything happens in your browser.
Where can I return the power bank?
At any CAASIMADA POWER station, not only where you rented it.
What if the station doesn't unlock?
Your payment is refunded automatically. You can also contact our support team any time.
Will it work with my phone?
Yes — every power bank has built-in iPhone (Lightning), Type-C and Micro-USB cables.
How long can I keep it?
As long as you need. You never pay more than the daily maximum per day.
